Knightsbridge is best known for its exclusive shopping, which includes the world famous Harrod’s store – the most expensive in London for many things but also a haven for things you simply cannot get elsewhere – including the store’s unique atmosphere. Knightsbridge also adjoins Hyde Park – London’s largest park, enhancing its appeal.
Belgravia is probably London’s most exclusive residential area with some great green spaces but, adjoining Knightsbridge, is also home to many of London’s top hotels, great restaurants and top brands, such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Viton and more. Belgravia runs up to Hyde Park Corner and the gardens of Buckingham Palace.
Chelsea is the most sophisticated area of central London on many levels. Whether your love is the best of shopping, food, contemporary art, gardening, theatre, green spaces and relaxation, Chelsea has it all. Recently revived with areas such as Duke of York Square and Pavilion Road, Chelsea is a place many love to call home.
South Kensington is a unique focal point which brings together many of London’s best museums and undoubtedly its widest collection of cuisines from around the world, together in one sophisticated area. Parts of South Kensington adjoin Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and it is also a superb hub for transport around central London.
Mayfair is probably the most prestigious area of central London and is bordered by Piccadilly and Green Park, Hyde Park, Regent Street and Oxford Street to the North. Home to many of London’s top hotels and to much of London’s most exclusive shopping in Bond Street and Regent Street, Mayfair is very central to everything London has to offer.
